IP Intelligence Analyzer
Investigate any IP address: ownership, ASN, RDAP allocation, reverse DNS, approximate geolocation, and proxy/VPN signals.
Correlating ownership records…
What is IP Intelligence Analyzer?
IP intelligence combines ownership, routing, reverse DNS, and approximate geolocation so you can understand who operates an address and how it is announced on the internet.
How it works
PacketWizard validates the IP, then gathers ASN and registry (RDAP) data, reverse DNS, and enrichment signals. Findings are presented as an investigation-style report you can act on.
Common issues
Geolocation seems wrong
IP geolocation is registry- and provider-based, not GPS. Mobile carriers and anycast networks are especially imprecise.
RDAP returns sparse data
Some allocations are privacy-redacted or delegated. Cross-check ASN and reverse DNS when registry fields are thin.
Frequently asked questions
What can an IP intelligence lookup show?
Typical fields include ASN/ISP ownership, RDAP allocation details, reverse DNS hostnames, approximate region, and optional proxy or VPN indicators when enrichment is available.
Is IP geolocation exact?
No. Treat city/region data as an approximation useful for triage, not as a precise physical location.
